How to Make a Complaint

All complaints are submitted free of charge.
Your Right to Take Further Action
In the event that Infinity Investment Partners fails to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, or if Infinity Investment Partners fails to do so within eight weeks of receiving your complaint, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9SR, Telephone: 0800 023 4567 or at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.’
Additionally, if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you may be entitled to take civil action against the Firm.
